Cozy mini apartment (about 18 sqm) in the basement with natural light and your own bathroom. Access to the room/bathroom is self-sufficient. Location: Located directly below Solitude Castle, right by the forest, playground, farm and metro (U6) stop (about 5min walk). In about 25 minutes by subway, you are in Stuttgart at the main train station / Schlossplatz. Easy to reach without a car. Please let us know the approximate arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

The small apartment is located right on the edge of the forest, which is why waking up with birdsong is more likely than through city traffic. The sofa bed can be folded out as needed and used as an additional sleeping space. The small kitchenette has all the necessary utensils. The small cozy apartment is located on the 4th floor of a larger apartment building on the edge of the Sommerhofenpark, as well as Klosterseepark (beautiful evening walks and great running opportunities are guaranteed). Newly refurbished little apartment in a former farmhouse dating from 1938, pleasantly furnished with partly original furniture. Garden with hens, ducks und cats. Darmsheim is located in the middle between Stuttgart and the Schwarzwald, it takes about half an hour by car to each of them.
