The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

This detached villa with garden is located in Porto Valtravaglia and offers a wonderful lake view, privacy and tranquility. From the street you can reach the villa via stairs (sixtyfive steps). The villa is divided as follows: large and bright living / dining room with corner sofa and TV, open kitchen, living area, from which you can access the large sun terrace, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
