Welcome to Romagnano, village in Valpantena, just ten kilometers from Verona. Al Sicomoro was born here, a prestigious and charming villa. Relaxation guaranteed. There is a wonderful luxury infinity pool, with a backdrop that recreates the crystalline sea. Near the swimming pool there is a refreshment area with seating and tables and a terrace overlooking the valley. The swimming pool is located in the garden of the villa and is for the exclusive use of guests, possibly shared with us owners.

Villa Giuliana

Villa Giuliana is an elegant early ‘900 villa where to spend your holiday on Menaggio, at the hearth of lake Como. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people as it has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 3 full bathrooms, one in each bedroom. There is also a kitchen, a living-room, a dining-room, a terrace and a garden where to have lunch or dinner or relax sunbathing. Villa Giuliana is suitable for stays of a few days or even over a week for families with children or groups of friends.

Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The house is located in Brienno, an ancient medieval village typical of Lake Como. Brienno is a very quiet and peaceful village, ideal for enjoying the peace and tranquility that only the lake can offer. The apartment is equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, including fresh and fragrant bed linens, towels, all kitchen amenities, and of course, Wi-Fi. Beach house near Bellagio

Wonderful Beach House situated on the border with Bellagio, at less than 3 km from the center. The house is very spacious also for 6 people and it is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed, a large kitchen and a very big bathroom. You will also have a huge private Terrace where you can eat or relax looking at the 180° Lake view. This is the perfect place to enjoy nature and the peace of lake. There is a direct access to the beach under the house. You will never want to leave this place.

Villa Rina - Luxury Villa on Lake Lugano

Luxurious villa on the shore of lake Lugano offering guests stunning views, rich nature and a relaxing experience. The villa accommodates nine persons in a magnificent three-floor house with classic and antique furniture. The marble floors and statues complement the classic interior of the ground and first floors, while the wooden ceiling and parquet on the 2nd floor give guests a sense of mountain comfort. Porto Ceresio is a lovely Lombardian village, right on the border with Switzerland.

Charme, swimming pool & comfort

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
