What guests are saying:“The house is close to a beautiful beach and it is very nice to walk there. Villasimius and Cagliari are reached in around half an hour. However, it is also close to the road that goes behind the bottom of the garden. It should be known that it is still passing, that the bikers are happy and that it is a bit noisy. But that did not spoil our stay. Laura is a perfect host. She was very welcoming and did everything to please us. She even found high chairs and cot for our daughter, which made our life a lot easier. It is a very beautiful place of Sardinia, to visit!”
La villetta singola si trova nella località Geremeas, sulla litoranea SP17 per Villasimius e Costa Rey, a circa 30 km da aeroporto e porto di Cagliari. All'interno è composta da cucina attrezzata, spazioso living, camera da letto matrimoniale, seconda camera con doppio letto e bagno. All'esterno ampio e riservato giardino con zona barbecue e zona ristoro all'ombra. La bellissima spiaggia, a circa 5 minuti di camminata sotto il bosco, con servizi bar lettini/ombrelloni.

Alberto is really courteous, quick to advise and has always been very willing to welcome and satisfy all our requests. The location of the house is excellent for reaching beautiful beaches (Mari Pintau and Cala Regina 5 minutes away by car) and strategic for visiting Villasimius and the whole Costa Rei. Also we enjoyed the barbeque almost every evening. A welcome gift from Paolo was really nice - we had real italian breakfast next morning ) The property is close to the beach and not too far from the beaches of Costa Rei. We'll definitely go there again!”
