Former chalet of 64m² dating from the 70s owned by my grandmother, completely renovated to new (work completed on February 1, 2021). Facing south, very bright, terrace of 25 m². Carport and courtyard. 2 minutes from the ski resort of the Grand Massif (265 km of slopes) and the blue lake with leisure base, bus stop nearby. South facing chalet facing the large massif.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 900m, on the southern slope of the valley of Giffres (super sunshine). Very nice view of the valley and the Grand-Massif area, many hikes from the chalet.Near the lifts of the ski resort of Morillon ( 5 minutes by car) ,of Samoëns (8 minutes by car). Many activities are offered throughout the year (hiking at the Sixt horseshoe circus, blue lake...) we would be happy to inform you.
