Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. Lovely cozy 2 1/2 room holiday apartment, 55 m2 on 2floors in 16th cent. family home above Montreux. The living room/kitchenette withg gaz stove is on the ground floor (tiles) on the 1st floor is the carpeted bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Fantastic view on the lake and Alps. Separate entrance, access to the garden. Outdoor furniture. Included tourist tax , Montreux card, Wifi, parking, etc. Possibility to lodge a 3rd person, preferably a family member. Flat not suitable for small children.

The house is located above the village of Villeneuve, in a very quiet area, located a 20-minute walk from the train station. A car is highly recommended, we have a parking space. In Villeneuve, the docks, beach and nature reserve allow you to enjoy the lake and admire the mountains. Towards Montreux, the famous Chillon Castle is worth a visit. Swimming pool in Villeneuve. The Montreux Jazz Festival is held annually in early July.
