Nice triplex style 1500 ft2 apartment with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 WC, private parking, shared garden with terrace and barvecue, all comfy. Shared access to the Espace Bon-être : massage parlour, sauna, outside jacuzzi from 10h to 22h. Magnificent view on the surrounding mountains and Samoëns downhill. The chalet is about 4km from the lifts which lead to Samoëns 1600, beginning of the slopes.

Pleasant 25 m2 single-story studio in an old farmhouse typical of the valley. Views of the Mont Blanc range. In a quiet area a short walk to Chamonix. A parking space (uncovered) is available. The entrance to the studio is through a private courtyard. Located a 3-minute walk to the bus station (no need to use your car) free shuttles throughout the valley. 5 minutes from the start of the Aiguille du Midi cable car and 10 minutes from the city center and its shops.

Beautiful apartment in modern Chalet, with panoramic wooden terrace which opens a clear view on the whole Giffre valley and Samoens. Decoration has been designed to feel good in all seasons in a cocoon of tranquility: the Scandinavian colors are warm and the terrace sheltered. The distribution composed of a parental room with a bed of 160*200cm and a room of the type "corner mountain" with 2 bunk beds make it an ideal flat for a family with 2 children.

The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.

Our chalet is situated in a quiet area (private way) with a panoramic view on the mountains.We are 2km from the center and the lifts but 2 free buses are 3 minutes walk from home.
