This is a true gem.122yrs old Grenier Les Bouts is a free standing stone building for a couple.Closest chairlift is 7mins drive, 10mins drive to Morzine & 1hr15mins to Geneva. Outstanding views, top of the range exceptional accommodation. Ski, bike, walk, swim on the doorstep.Village location.You won't be disappointed. We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

Apartment at garden level in a completely renovated ancient farm on the south hillside of Samoëns. Nice triplex style 1500 ft2 apartment with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 WC, private parking, shared garden with terrace and barvecue, all comfy. Shared access to the Espace Bon-être : massage parlour, sauna, outside jacuzzi from 10h to 22h. Magnificent view on the surrounding mountains and Samoëns downhill. Mountain atmosphere, magnificent view, peace and quiet. Large 2-room apartment at an altitude (1000 m) facing south on level 1 of a fully renovated old alpine chalet. Independent access by staircase. Old 64 m² cottage dating from the 1970s belonging to my grandmother, completely renovated (work completed on February 1, 2021). Facing south, very bright, 25 m² terrace. Carport and courtyard for cars. 2 minutes from the Grand Massif ski resort (265 km of slopes) and the Lac Bleu with recreational center, bus stop nearby.
