Just moments from the beach, it offers a private and comfortable retreat with home-style amenities, including a fully equipped kitchenette, lounge w/ TV, bathroom with washing machine & a huge yard with a barbecue. The flat also features a double bed and a separate bedroom with a king bed and space for an extra single mattress if requested.

Our lovely hideaway is just a stones throw to the beach, simply walk across the road to the beautiful nature reserve. Turn left and walk to the beach or turn right to hike up the hill to the beautiful trails and lookouts. If you're feeling lazy there's no need to leave at all, the house is extremely comfortable with a spalike balinese feel. Relax on the private front deck, or take a dip in the garden fringed pool. Bateau Bay is ideal for snorkelling, swimming and has a world class surf break.

With Bateau Bay Beach Cafe 150m away. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric frypan. Note not cooktop or oven.

The Copa Cabana

*IMPORTANT: The property next door is doing an extension, due to finish by Oct 2026. Please be mindful of associated noise when considering your booking. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking.
