Our place is situated within an easy 5 min walk to the main street, restaurants and cafes & only 10 min walk to Town Beach. Our studio is a separate unit underneath our new in-town house. It has private access and opens up to a very large alfresco area with lawn & garden. The studio has a separate bathroom with a real shower, toilet as well as separate kitchen, fridge, hotplate & microwave. It contains a King size bed, air-conditioning, lounge sitting area and access to WIFI. Great for couples

"The Studio" has been created as a Hotel Room experience. An adults only listing, this is quite a new room within our family home, completed in April, 2019. Everything inside is new, & has been selected with comfort, luxury & practicality in mind. Gorgeous queen bed with hotel grade linen, 55" flat screen wall mounted TV directly in front of the bed. 100% private with its' own access, & separated from our home by a locked internal door, usual household noise may be heard from time to time.
