Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Ruhige und gemütliche Wohnung mit Kamin & Terrasse

Ruhig gelegen und doch zentral. Stahnsdorf liegt am südwestlichen Berliner Speckgürtel, Potsdam und Berlin sind schnell erreichbar. Direkt vor der Haustür fährt der Bus 622 nach Berlin (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). Die Bushaltestelle nach Potsdam ist ca. 400m entfernt. Unsere Wohnung vermieten wir ab September 2021 und möchten Dich herzlich begrüßen. Sie ist hell und freundlich, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Auch den Garten und die Terrasse kannst du nutzen. Wir freuen uns auf dich.

Berlin Wannsee Landgut

Wer es ruhig und naturnah mag und doch die Städte Berlin & Potsdam um die Ecke haben möchte ist genau richtig. Es gibt ein eigenen Eingang, Terrasse und Garten. Wohnzimmer mit Küche und ein Doppelbett. Oben das Schlafzimmer mit ein Einzelbett sowie ein Kingsize Bett. Dazu ein Ausziehbett, wenn alle getrennt schlafen wollen. Wir wohnen nebenan, kein Schlüsselproblem, auch der Ankunftszeit ist egal. Wir sind nah am Bhf. Griebnitzsee und Wannsee. Parken frei. Bitte keine "Jugend Partys".

Living room with comfy L-shaped sofa, which converts to another double bed, TV and DVD player as well as eating space to seat four. Open-plan kitchen, well equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher.

Schönes kleines Haus über zwei Etagen in einer sehr ruhigen und grünen Gegend. Sie haben das ganze Haus für sich allein. Es gibt eine ausgestattete Küche mit einem angeschlossenen Esszimmer im Erdgeschoss. Oben ist das Schlafzimmer, ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit TV, sowie das Bad. Ebenso gibt es WLAN und eine Waschmaschine. Auf der Straße können Sie direkt vorm Haus kostenlos parken. Wir sprechen Deutsch, Englisch, Portugiesisch und Spanisch. Wir freuen uns auf Sie! :-)

Ruhige Einliegerwohnung in Designhaus mit Terrasse

The two rooms, 17 and 18 sqm with private entrance and private bathroom are very quiet, windows and terrace directly overlook a nature reserve. To the city border and bus stop it is 5 minutes. There are two buses to the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. But you can also walk there in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very special due to old villas, cobblestones and lots of greenery. Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.

Bungalow, ruhig gelegen zw. Berlin und Potsdam

Zwischen Berlin und Potsdam liegt das kleine, einfache Bungalow-Häuschen, direkt neben unserem Wohnhaus auf einem großen Grundstück. Die Unterkunft ist einfach eingerichtet und bietet einen Schlafraum (Doppelbett), eine Küchenzeile (Herd, Spüle, Kaffee), kleines Bad (Dusche, WC, Waschbecken) sowie weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten auf einer Couch (1,20cm breit) unten im EG.
