Das liebevoll eingerichtete Häuschen am Waldrand ist von einem verwunschenen Garten umgeben. Vom Wohnzimmer aus lädt eine hübsche Südterrasse zum draußen Sitzen ein. Die Küche und der Essbereich sind offen zum Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Sofa, das sich ausziehen lässt. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Blick über den Garten und ein Bad mit großer Dusche. Von hier aus kann man herrliche Radtouren zum Wannsee machen, Potsdam besuchen und ist schnell mit der S-Bahn in Berlin.

Bedroom with large double bed, comfy mattress, ample wardrobe space and access to your private secluded terrace. Living room with comfy L-shaped sofa, which converts to another double bed, TV and DVD player as well as eating space to seat four. Open-plan kitchen, well equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher.

Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße nur 2 Gehminuten von einer großen Geschäftsstraße entfernt. Dort findet man viele Restaurants und Geschäfte. Ein großes Kaufhaus und ein Einkaufszentrum sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist nur 2 U-Bahnstationen entfernt und bietet tolle Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die Ambersuite und auch die Ufa-Fabrik stehen für die abendliche Unterhaltung zur Verfügung. Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig auf der Straße.

We rent a two-storey, plus basement, complete apartment in the Musikerviertel in Teltow. The apartment is about 81 sqm, very bright and friendly, parking is on the property and also on the street. A large terrace, which faces south, can be reached directly through the living room. Transport connections to Berlin are within walking distance in about 15 to 20 minutes, shopping facilities are several in the vicinity. Please read the house rules.

With the local transport ticket ABC, you can reach Potsdamer Platz in 13 minutes and Berlin Central Station in 16 minutes by train. Parking is available close to the property. Aldi is about 300 meters away.
