The vacation rental is located in Prora (near the Baltic Sea resort of Binz). The apartment is about 42 m² and is suitable for a maximum of a family with an older child or a toddler or max. 3 adults. A bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bathroom with tub are provided. Parking space for car in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with grill. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. Partial modernization took place in the fall of 2017 as well as in the fall of 2018 and 2020.

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. This one, number 7/1, we just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now it is looking forward to seeing you! The sunny vacation home is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catches the sun for you and holds it (hopefully all the time ;)) for you. The sunny vacation home has a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

A great place to stay and rest. Close to the Szczecin Lagoon and Trzebiez with a beautiful yacht port. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable pets are welcome. The proximity of such cities as Szczecin. After an eventful day, you can light a bonfire, cook sausages, and enjoy the rural peace. Complementary Swimming Poll open from July 10 till September 15th. Since July 2018, we have operated 5 cozy apartments for 2 adults and 2 children each. We welcome guests from all over the world! Stunning view over the Beetzsee, access to the house's own beach and a boat mooring 5 minutes' walk from the holiday property. On the 4000 sqm fenced holiday area you will find a playground to romp around and a sauna to relax. Rowing boat on request. Camping on the holiday site is also possible by arrangement.
