Frisch renoviert, bietet unser charmantes Townhaus auf 80qm genügend Platz für einen erholsamen Aufenthalte einer ganzen Familie in Potsdam. Neben 2 Schlafzimmern, einem großen Wohn-Esszimmer, einer modernen Küche, einem Badezimmer und einer Gästetoilette, gibt es noch einen kleinen Garten inkl. Terrassenbereich, sowie 2 PKW-Stellplätze. Oasis on the lake in Berlin-Kladow with private jetty and own water access. The house has bedrooms, open and fully equipped living-kitchen and a bathroom. Free parking in front of the property. Berlin's cleanest swimming lake. Only 30 minutes by car to Ku'damm or 15 minutes to Potsdam. Well connected with public transport, supermarkets and bakers nearby. The small cottage with conservatory can be reached in about an hour by car from Berlin. The connection with public transport (train/bus) is also good. So ideal for a little break with the necessary comfort. The cottage on the Wiesenrain is located on a very large, partially forested property. It borders directly on a small nature reserve. Winter garden and fireplace, barbecue, various garden areas with seating and lounging areas invite you to relax.

2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, living room with 2 additional beds. Baby crib Kitchen with hotplates, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. In the garden there is a cozy covered terrace for evening barbecues and relaxation (grill available). 2 parking spaces are right by the house. Pets are welcome! The S-Bahn stop is only about 5 minutes' walk. The S 2 connects Blankenfelde with the city of Berlin (30 minutes). The B96 can be reached in about 3 minutes

Nearby is the Scharmützelsee and 30 minutes away by car you can reach the only tropical leisure paradise under roof in Germany's "Tropical Island". The Spreewald is also a popular day trip.Berlin is only 70km away. The cities of Beeskow and Storkow are both 20 km away.

We rent our nice little cottage 27m2, 2 minutes walking distance from Wandlitzsee to Strandbad 3 minutes to Surfyng club about 5 minutes, 500 m from Wandlitzsee Bhf. Baker, shopping or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop in front of the door, nearby Berlin, other lakes in the vicinity Wifi is not available everywhere. The bungalow is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Berlin. The neighbor runs a farm and has sheep and poultry (which are unfortunately up early).
