The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Die kleine Gästewohnung im Erdgeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses liegt in einer bevorzugten Lage von Stralsund mit Blick auf den Strelasund und die Insel Rügen und direkter Anbindung an den Ostseeküstenradweg. Es handelt sich um eine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Bad und Küchenzeile inklusive Geschirrspüler und Kaffeevollautomat. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und durch das Schrankbett, das sich tagsüber hochklappen lässt, geräumig. Ein Babybett wird auf Wunsch zur Verfügung gestellt.

Our exceptional and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a renovated attic in the heart of the old town. It offers plenty of space for 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

Built in 2019, the house sits on the edge of a small vacation home area and has a large terrace. The lovingly furnished bedrooms are each equipped with a large bed, TV and dresser. In the bathroom on the upper floor there is a rain shower and a bathtub with fantastic views. The spacious dining area in the basement with fireplace invites you to relax. Surrounded only by meadows and fields, hidden behind the village pond, lies the small manor estate with its main house and old stables. For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

With our newest apartment, we try to offer you, your family and friends, a stylish vacation experience in the midst of our beloved island of Rügen. A mix of modern technologies, historical construction, unnecessary gadgets and a facility that only the next generation will have to carry to the bulky waste, should make any rainy days a secret wish. And yes, it's true, we want to make money, but only with your smile.

The bright, friendly apartment with living/bedroom and children's room, kitchen and bathroom is located separately in a historic, reed-covered farmhouse directly on the Bodden with views of the Schoritzer Wiek. It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here. Behind the house is a garden.
