Neben dem traumhaften Meerblick erwarten Sie im Obergeschoss 3 luxuriöse Schlafzimmer mit 2 modernen Bädern. Im Erdgeschoß erwarten Sie eine private Sauna, ein voll ausgestatteter moderner Küchenbereich sowie ein großzügiger Wohn-/Essbereich mit Panoramakamin. Eine riesige Sonnenterrasse mit Strandkorb und Lounge und Esstisch lädt zum entspannen ein.

Die Küche ist überkomplett ausgestattet: Spülmaschine, Umluft-Backofen, Ceran-Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, etc. Im Keller befinden sich ein Vorratsraum und eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine (kostenlos). Das gesamte Haus ist gehoben ausgestattet und verfügt über zwei Sat-TV. Das OG bietet Meerblick.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two units that can be combined with each other. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

The accommodation "Ferienhaus Boddenblick" welcomes you in the recognized health resort Klausdorf! Each room has a modern TV. A fully equipped kitchen awaits you. The 2 bathrooms are each equipped with a comfortable shower and the main bathroom is additionally equipped with a spacious bathtub. The large and bright sitting window in the living area invites you to relax. The vacation home is perfectly suitable for allergy sufferers. Therefore, we can not accept pets.

Our beautiful thatched house (BJ 1995) is located away from tourism in the quiet village of Pruchten. It's surrounded by meadows and paddocks. From the two terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the 3000 m ², partly natural plot (Ginster) and the countryside. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs in the direction of Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.
