Welcome to Moni Möwe's cosy little nest! Stralsund's most elegant seagull has briefly spread her wings and is letting you take over her stylish patch right in the heart of the old town. The location couldn't be better - you're nestled in the historic old town, just a short walk from the train station. A variety of restaurants, cafés and shops are all within easy walking distance and the town's churches, the harbour, the German Maritime Museum and the Ozeaneum are right around the corner.

Great apartment, large terrace in a prime location

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Ein kleiner Badestrand sowie der Kurpark mit Kurhaus(Restaurant) befinden sich nur wenige Gehminuten weit entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe ermöglicht bequeme Ausflüge in die Altstadt von Stralsund. Südöstlich von Devin liegt das Naturschutzgebiet "Halbinsel Devin" und neu geschaffen wurde der Naherholungsraum Devin mit ca. 17km Wanderwegen.

Our enchanting apartment, located in a over 100-year-old half-timbered house with a quiet backyard entrance, captivates with Old Town charm and offers almost 80 square meters of pure coziness. Two bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a window, and a special highlight – an inviting balcony for relaxed moments. Shopping, restaurants, and public transportation are easily accessible on foot.

In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
