Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Willkommen in unsere liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichteten ruhigen kühlen Souterrainwohnung (ca. 60 m²). Supermärkte und Bushaltestelle sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze sind kostenlos. Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich saniert. Küche, Boden, Heizungen, Waschmaschine und Matratzen/Bett sind neu. Der offene Wohn-/Essbereich kann mit einem durchgehenden weißen Vorhang vom Schlafbereich getrennt werden. Die Wohnung ist evtl. für sehr große Menschen nicht geeignet, da die Decke etwas niedrig ist.
