Montecito Serene Retreat

The sunny and peaceful romantic suit is 717 sf fully equiped with queen size comfy bed, big living room with comfy single sleeping sofa bed, fireplace and kitchenette, private guest's laundry room with w/d. The retreat is located on the first floor of our tri-level house with private entrance at side yard. Large wooden deck around the entire unit which surrounded by seasonal creek, you will feel like being in the forest. All the pictures you see on the list are for guests exclusive use.

This cozy modern Spanish style studio feels like a 1 bedroom and offers a memory foam queen bed, a memory foam queen pull out couch, a full kitchen, a luxurious bathroom, and a beautiful yard with a private patio dining area. Ideal for a couple but can squeeze in up to 4 if you don't mind tight quarters! Located on Santa Barbara's bustling east side, conveniently close to the 101, it's minutes to everything - the beach, Coast Village Montecito, the Funk Zone, and downtown Santa Barbara!

The Lamb Stone Cottage

Welcome to The Lamb Stone Cottage... Our quaint cottage is the perfect spot for a quick jaunt to nearby Hendry’s Beach (less than 2 miles away). Watch the sunset from our favorite view, the Douglas Family Preserve (even closer!). The views from Elings Park just around the corner, boast ocean and mountain view’s. Great for an early morning hike or sunset stroll. The nearby “Mesa” area has a gourmet market called Lazy Acres. We are happy to recommend our favorite restaurants, too!

Cozy Studio w/Private entrance & parking. KING BED

Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

Pet & Family Friendly, Private Montecito Loft.

This newly remodeled, private guest house is walking distance to Coast Village Road, the Rosewood Miramar Hotel, and Butterfly Beach. The house has a gated private entrance with a keypad locked front door. You'll also have your own fenced yard and patio with outdoor amenities including a fire pit, ping pong table, and corn hole game. Other features include high-speed wifi, satellite cable TV, beach gear, child-friendly accommodations, and longer stays are welcome!

The Captain's Cottage on Shoreline Drive

The Captain's Cottage exemplifies the California beach lifestyle at its finest. Tastefully remodeled and situated on its own private grounds, the cottage sits across the street from one of Santa Barbara's best beaches. With a tropical garden setting, modern amenities, and convenient proximity to the beach and Santa Barbara's State Street, a getaway at The Captain's Cottage is the quintessential Santa Barbara beachside experience.

Studio with private entrance, bathroom, Queen sized bed, and sleeper sofa. Walking distance to grocery store. 3 min drive to downtown Solvang. 8 min drive to Los Olivos. For couples, adventurers, and business travelers. Kitchenette has a small fridge, sink, coffee maker and hot water kettle. No stove or microwave inside the studio. Apple TV in the studio. Sorry, no pets allowed. We will provide a pack n’ play for babies.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with great mountain views. In this very large private studio, with a king bed, twin bed, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and 2-burner electric cooktop). We live on the property (separate area from Airbnb) and can assist with any needs. We're on a quiet mountain road, while easy to get downtown and freeway.
