Light-Filled One Bedroom Suite Close to Trails and Transits

Stay comfortably in this modern well-lit suite space. Play board games in an airy living room brightened by classic Lichtenstein prints. Enjoy a cup of coffee before heading out to trails or buzzing downtown. Here are key features of our guest suite: - Newly renovated - minimalist and modern decor with bright and airy feel - One bedroom suite allows for maximum comfort and space during your stay - Private entrance so you can come and go as you please - Counter Bar with microwave/ mini fridge with small freezer section / Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee or tea. - Cooking is not allowed. - Location: Suburban feeling but quick commute to most places. - Parking: free street parking so optionally guests can park and enjoy taking public transportation - Neighborhood stores are 2 blocks away: Starbucks, Mollie Stone's supermarket, CVS. Multiple restaurants, bakeries, and local bars create a community feel. - Self check in and check out with lockbox and keypad access. - Security camera on-premise outside the unit for guest's safety. Camera locations: outside above garage door, outside AirBnb front entrance on stairway, outside backyard door. REMARK: We live upstairs and have young kids. We are active and will make noise during 6:30am-9am and 5pm-9pm during school days. During weekends we may be home more. We would love to host you if you do not mind the family noises. If you are a light sleeper and would prefer to have completely quiet mornings, you may not enjoy your stay with us. We have done our best to disclose the info in many ways possible; hence, we would appreciate if you don't write us a negative review because of this. Guest can use TV in the private living room with Chromecast and local stations. Counter bar features mini refrigerator with freezer function, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The available space is for indoor one bedroom suite only. Outdoor deck is not part of the guest access. NO ACCESS ON: Backyard Laundry Grill We want to make sure you are enjoying your stay. If you have any problems or concerns, we are just upstairs. My husband grew up in San Francisco, so if you need any recommendations, we've got plenty. We are always just a phone call, text or email away. This Miraloma Park neighborhood offers Twin Peak views, with Mount Davidson and Glen Canyon Park trails for trekking. A supermarket, Muni, and BART are within easy reach. The location is a hidden secret yielding suburban residential vibe yet is conveniently located providing fast trip to most attractions in the city. Ask the hosts, who've lived in the city for decades, for inside information on attractions. Transportation: - Buses: 36, 44, 43 buses are within walking distance (either across the street or 1 block away) - Lightrail (Muni): The Forest Hill Muni Station is a 15 minute walk or 8 minute bus ride. Muni will get you most places including downtown, the Castro, Embarcadero, Civic Center (Symphony, Jazz, Opera, Asian Art Museum, and many more), Exploratorium, Pier 39, and the Ferry Building. - BART (Subway): Glen Park BART Station (30 minutes walk / less than 10 minutes by bus) will let you go to most places in the Bay Area including San Francisco airport, or the east bay. Note: The 44 bus will also take you to the Richmond area through Golden Gate Park (where Botanical Garden, Japanese Tea Garden, California Academy of Science and De Young Museum are located). The 43 bus will take you north to Marina area for an upscale neighborhood stroll. UBER or LYFT can be a good way to get around as well. Noise disclosures: We have a 2 younger children and we live on the top floor. If you are sensitive to noise in your sleep or when you are awake, this is not a right place for you. There will be noise in the early morning and around dinner to night time on school days and throughout the day on weekends. We also do our cleaning on Mondays between 12pm-4pm. There will be some noise during the cleaning (washer/dryer/vacuum cleaner). We have a 6 year old and a 3 year old and we live on the top floor. If you are sensitive to noise in your sleep or when you are awake, this is not a right place for you. There will be noise in the early morning and around dinner to night time on school days and throughout the day on weekends.

15th-Floor Luxury With Views of Downtown and The Bay

See the Salesforce Tower lit up at night from the floor-to-ceiling windows of this immaculately appointed property, which comes with a large walk-in closet plus rain shower. Music lovers will appreciate the acoustic guitar and electric keyboard. Please note that this residence does have belongings in the closet. Ample room has been reserved for guests. Modern luxury apartment with amazing views, especially at night overlooking some of SF's iconic locations such as AT&T Park, the Salesforce Tower, and the San Francisco Bay. Inside the apartment, you have a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, queen sized bed with a down comforter, a large walk-in shower with rain shower head, and living room with a big screen TV to access Netflix/Hulu or Chromecast. The entire apartment is open for guests to use, but keep in mind there will be clothes hanging in the closet and some personal items as this is my home and not a full-time airbnb. Most of the time I will still be in the city and will be available if you need anything or have any questions about the area/apartment. Step just a block to reach the famous Market Street, while within 5 minutes is Hayes Valley, filled with hip shops, cafes, and bars. A longer stroll or 5-minute MUNI ride will reach the iconic ferry building for water-borne trips to Sausalito. 5-minute walk to Bill Graham Civic Auditorium 20-minute walk, a 5-minute drive, or 12-minute MUNI to Moscone Center 10-minute MUNI to Salesforce Tower Located within one block is BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) which is the underground train and MUNI which is comprised of an above-ground rail system and busses. You are also able to have Uber/Lyft pick up right outside the building. However, please be sure to double check with the driver that they are dropping you off on 9th street and not the back alley (Laskie). Sometimes GPS will put a pin on Laskie street instead of 9th. There are multiple parking garages around the building and one in the building that is $30 a day and subject to availability. The city, especially SoMa is very bikeable if you were to rent bikes and explore around Market street.

Inspiring Skyline Views From a Hip Loft in SoMa

Brew coffee in a kitchen with bold wood cabinets, then curl up with a book on a cushioned bench set along floor-to-ceiling windows offering skyline views. Modern furnishings and colorful decor forge a trendy vibe within this bright loft apartment. The loft has all imported fixtures and finishes from Italy. It has Ralph Lauren deep brown carpet on the stairs and in the bedroom/office and polished concrete on the main level. There is also remote controlled blinds on the main windows and skylights. Access to the whole area described in the Summary. I can be available 24/7 at least the first and last day of their stay. Though likely at all times. The South of Market (SoMa) neighborhood has a lot of restaurants, bars and night clubs to enjoy. It is also very close to the Moscone Center. 3 1/2 blocks away from Civic Center BART/Muni Station. 20 minute walk to downtown. 4 blocks away from Moscone Center. 20 minute walk to AT&T Park SoMa is a hip neighborhood with a ton of restaurants to choose from, bars and night clubs, start-up companies around, close to the Moscone Center.
