Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

We're excited to welcome you to our rental that is a beautiful 2 bedroom - 2 bath located just a couple minutes walk from Butterfly Beach and Coast Village Road. Enjoy the avocado, lime, meyer lemon, orange and fig trees in the fenced yard. We encourage you enjoy any ripe fruit during your stay. Traveling with kiddos? Experience the allure of the Luxury Beach Studio #12, where contemporary sophistication meets upscale details. Set in the picturesque West Beach area, you’ll be just moments from the ocean, Stearns Wharf, the harbor, and incredible dining and boutiques in downtown Santa Barbara. Spend your days basking in the sun, visiting local art galleries and wineries, and exploring the Funk Zone. Please keep in mind this studio is for 1 guest only and is located on the 2nd floor (Walk-up).

A studio size bungalow with a full kitchen. Private deck out back and enclosed front yard. Sleeps 1-2 people. Pets okay, unless they're notorious barkers as this is a quiet neighborhood. Please note that there is a $85 pet fee for your pets stay. Many great restaurants, natural grocery store (Lazy Acres) 4 blocks away.

This sunlit garden suite is located in the heart of the Butterfly Beach neighborhood of Montecito and is the perfect setting for a couple’s romantic getaway or a solo traveler seeking a serene environment. The suite offers a private entrance in the back of our home which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is a mere 6-minute walk to either Butterfly Beach or Coast Village Road, which is known for its distinctive boutiques and restaurants.

Take an early morning stroll along the bluffs above the ocean waves in the iconic college beach town of Isla Vista. Our cozy studio retreat is a perfect home base for exploring the beautiful Santa Barbara area beaches, Spanish-style downtown, mountain hiking, and coastal foothills. We are a ten minute walk from Devereux beach, UCSB and its lagoon, and only an 8 minute drive from both the Santa Barbara airport and Goleta Amtrak station.
