The "chicken house"

The chicken house is located in the middle of the beautiful permagar, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhupten. Gabi and Guido live here their dream of independence and want to expand the farm in a sustainable and tedious way. For example, the walls and ceiling of the chicken house have been made from the more than 200-year-old floorboards of the main house. Our accommodation is a large, well equipped attic apartment. In addition to a cozy bedroom there is a living and dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a reading corner, a modern bathroom and a kitchen. From the bedroom you have a great view of the Altshausen Castle. The location is central (div. Shops, bakeries and restaurants are a 5-minute walk away) and yet quietly located. The garden can also be used. A beautiful swimming lake is a 10-minute walk away.

The summer cottage is not suitable for children under 4 and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.
