Small guest house in Constance | Seerhein

We rent a small guest house (approx. 40 sqm - 2 rooms) for 2 people in the back of our property in the industrial area. The guest house is deliberately kept simple, as this corresponds to our design concept. City, nature, gastronomy - all easily accessible. In 30 - 40 minutes you can walk to the city centre of Constance, in a few minutes to the Seerhein, excursion destinations with good connections. 2 min. to the bus stop. The guest house is suitable for business travellers as well as holiday guests.

Idyllic lakeside

Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. It is also a great starting point for excursions to the beautiful surroundings and interesting destinations. Even in autumn and winter! It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. Here you can transfer to Meersburg by ferry - and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A beautiful long waterfront path or the free, direct bus (approx. 20 min.) leads into the old town.

It is offered a modern 3.5-room apartment with about 90 m². It is located in the center of Konstanz in the immediate vicinity of the Seerhein and adjacent to the Herosé park. A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

A newly built, modern self-contained apartment located directly by the forest and yet close to the center. On 30 square meters, a bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed, a private modern bathroom with shower and a kitchen-living room await you. In it there is an additional sofa bed with a sleeping area of 1.10 x 1.86 m. You can enjoy the sun in your own front yard. For children, a slide and swing are available in the private garden area for shared use

Historic Old Town apartment

Enjoy the special flair in our small apartment "Zum Mauerwerk." Vacation, living or working on beautiful Lake Constance in listed walls and that in the oldest district of Constance - the Niederburg. The first-floor apartment is centrally located in the old town between the Rhine and the cathedral. Within walking distance you can reach all the sights, localities, cultural attractions, the Rhine and Lake Constance.

Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

Our holiday home is very spacious and suitable for up to five people. From the stylish and homely living room with sofa bed you can step outside to a balcony. Situated direct in heart of Constance !!! Bicycles have a dry and safe place in the locked, covered courtyard. The BODENSEE-CARD is included in the tourist tax: free travel on all public transportation. Floor area: 30 qm (plus balcony)

Stylish old building apartment in the middle of the old town

Centrally located in the old town, the spacious apartment is an ideal starting point for exploring the city with its sights, the diverse gastronomy and of course Lake Constance and Rhine. The harbor and train station are only a few minutes walk away. Shopping, dining and shopping are in the immediate vicinity. In our in-house cafe we offer varied breakfasts, barista coffee and homemade cakes.

Findling -with its own beach, directly on Bodensee

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

Die stilvoll eingerichtete, zentral gelegene Wohnung ist der ideale Startpunkt um die Konstanzer Altstadt, den Bodensee und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Direkt an der Fußgängerzone aber im hinteren Teil des Hauses, verhältnismäßig ruhig gelegen, lädt die Wohnung im zweiten Obergeschoss gleichzeitig dazu ein, sich in gemütlicher Atmosphäre zurückzuziehen und zu entspannen.
