Beautiful duplex studio in the attic of a converted former barn. Via a separate entrance you reach the studio on the 1st floor. The open living room offers a corner for reading, a kitchen-living room, a fireplace and, of course, a dining table. The sleeping gallery with double bed can be reached via a staircase ladder. The separate bathroom with toilet is equipped with a sitting bath. The house is in a small village surrounded by lots of nature. Various hiking and cycling trails start here.

The FeWos are located on the outskirts of Dettingen and follow various hiking trails such as the Albschäferweg, which leads a part through the Eselsburg valley. Among the trees of our orchards, you can linger not far from the Lone Valley in the immediate vicinity of the Charlotte Cave and the Archaeopark. Our apartments are lovingly furnished. In the yard you can grill, cook or bake pizza/bread in a wood-burning oven. TV only public, no private channels. Wi-Fi is NOT available for streaming!

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic cozy accommodation on about 45 sqm and over 2 floors its special flair. A small patio under the chestnut tree and a brick BBQ can be enjoyed during nice weather. Town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes by foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous swimming lake is a 20-minute walk away

The flat is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures to follow). Perfect for switching off and unwinding...

Quiet apartment with its own entrance and parking space

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen can also be reached in 20-25 minutes. Ulm is 15 km and there you have a lot of opportunities to pass the time. If you want to get more in the nature, you can visit the ice age caves in the Lonetal and Achtal valleys. A parking space is directly on the property. In the village, there is a bakery and a butcher. Other shopping possibilities are in about 6km.
