In addition, the apartment has a shared kitchen, two bathrooms each with a toilet (one on the upper floor, one on the top floor), a guest toilet on the upper floor and a balcony on the large double room of about 20 m².

Rural 2-room apartment

The apartment is located in Auendorf, a small village of 500 inhabitants with a lot of nature. Less than 100 m from the edge of the forest, we have plenty of opportunities for hiking. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed that can be separated into single beds (please contact us) and the living room with a large sofa bed for two people. The kitchen includes everything necessary for a successful vacation (including a filter coffee machine).

The cozy living area is very spacious and has access to the terrace. The apartment also offers 3 fully equipped bedrooms. The rooms were all renovated in 2024. The kitchen-living room has enough space to cook and eat. A dining table with 4/5 chairs is located in the kitchen. The bathroom was newly renovated in 2018, and consists of a washing area and a walk-in shower. The toilet is separately accessible. Parking is available right in front of the house.

A brand-new, modern, high-quality and lovingly furnished apartment awaits you, which will make your stay a highlight. Facing south, located on the quiet edge of the village and meadows, with wonderful panoramic views from sunrise to sunset. With a west-facing balcony and separate toilet. For the 5th and 6th person, the third bedroom "Dachstüble" can be booked separately for €15 per person per night. It can be reached via the stairs in the interior.

This stylish property is perfect for families and couples. The location is ideal for hiking and cycling, climbing on the Rosenstein and for excursions to Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Aalen and Heidenheim. Legoland or the Swabian Park are also not far away! (About 1 hour) There are two bedrooms, one box spring bed is 180 x 200 and the other box spring bed is 140 x 200. The owners live on the ground floor! Towels, sheets and final cleaning are included!
