You can easily access it via the separate house entrance. The outdoor area of the apartment includes a large covered terrace, a lawn and an idyllic garden pond with a jetty. I rent a well-maintained room in my house in a quiet residential area in Geislingen an der Steige. The room is located in the basement apartment, has its own outside access, two windows and its own bathroom. A kettle, microwave and fridge are available – ideal for commuters, professionals or weekenders who do not need a kitchen. Important: No cuisine available. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets are not allowed.
