Eine kurze Fahrt mit Auto/Bus zur UNESCO Kurstadt Baden-Baden mit historischen Gebäuden, Parks, Gärten, Skulpturen, Kunst, Museen und natürlichen Thermalquellen.

Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

The apartment is 2 minutes from the famous Lichtentaler Allee. Bus stop 1 minute. Downtown is a 12-minute walk. It is located on the 3rd floor in the back of the building, very quiet location overlooking the countryside with balcony, parquet floor, high-speed Internet, Bluetooth speakers. No pets allowed Cleaning fees of €40 are to be paid in the apartment! There is a tourist tax of €3.80 per person per day to be paid at check-in. Registration form must be completed.

Here in Achern you will find a number of cultural and sporting offers in the immediate vicinity (outdoor swimming pool, excavation lakes, city garden,...) In this apartment (bedroom with double bed, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, dining area, open study, bathroom) you will feel comfortable. The historic building belongs to a former knight's estate, whose beginnings date back to the 17th century. The house has been extensively restored. Located at the highest point of the old town, you will enjoy a great panoramic view. From here you can perfectly undertake trips to the Black Forest, Baden-Baden and Alsace.
