The apartment has a new, beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a utility room with a laundry machine and a drier. There is a fireplace in the apartment and a sliding door that opens into a beautiful garden. It is located just by the Laugardalur Park the family- and sports park in Reykjavik. Around the corner is a nice bakery, a very convenient grocery store, a noodle restaurant, an ice cream store, a beauty saloon and a hairdresser. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the swimming pool www.sundlaug.is and just outside the apartment stops a bus no14 that drives down town to Reykjavik's city-center and to the main mall Kringlan the trip takes less than 15 minutes.

A very nice apartment on the 3rd (top) floor, just a few minutes walking distance from Laugavegur main street. High ceilings, bright and cozy apartment with fully equipped kitchen with floor heating, two dining/living rooms with a TV, a bathroom and two bedrooms. You can see both Hallgrímskirkja church and Perlan monument from the living room windows! Free street parking, you can always find a parking space available near by. Bienvenido a nuestro estudio privado! Consta de un baño privado con ducha y muebles sanitarios. En el espacio principal se encuentra una cama matrimonial y un sofá cama para hasta dos huéspedes más. En el mismo espacio se encuentra la cocina totalmente equipada. Se encuentra a sólo 15 min en coche del centro de Reykjavik y a sólo 47 min del aeropuerto de Keflavik. Welcome to my quiet, spacious loft—an actual home perfect for a couple looking to unwind for a few nights. With two balconies, a walk-in shower, multiroom speakers, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very comfortable king-size bed, you’ll have everything you need for a relaxing stay in this peaceful neighborhood. I've changed the setup a bit in the living room, nothing serious, just made it more comfortable (re-arranged sofa, projector, shelf etc.).
