A spacious private villa with a fantastic view over ocean and mountains. Situated in Mosfellsbær, only few minutes drive from Reykjavík. Perfect place to enjoy peace and natural surroundings but still being close to the city. A few minutes walking distance to a swimming pool and a golf course. Easy access to attractions such as Þingvellir and The Golden Circle. The house contains four bedrooms, spacious bathroom, well equipped kitchen, dining room and living room enjoying wonderful ocean views.

This apartment is designed as a serene haven for creative work and used as an art atelier when not rented out. It was chosen for its large windows giving bright light into the living room. The neigbhorhood is nice and safe close to the center just next to the Art University with good bakery, coffeshop, organic market and thermal swimming pool/spa within 5 min walking distance. Downtown is easily accessible by a short bus ride or a nice 2km stroll along the seaside on foot or e-scooter/bikes.

Gunnu Hús by Meðalfellsvatn ( Our lakeside cottage nestles at the foot of Medalfell mountain and the garden leads right down to the lake. The views are spectacular, of the lake and its surrounding mountain scape; it is a place of pure tranquility. It has 3 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and sitting room. It has a large double bedroom, and small double bedroom and a room with a bunk bed. It is well known and often listed as one of the most scenic and lovely summer cottages in Iceland.

The house is buy the sea front and is facing south. We can as well offer city car WV or Toyota 4x4 Highlux diesel, depending on your trip.

Calm and neat apartment in a good neighborhood in Reykjavik. Located near a cafe/restaurant, ice cream shop, supermarket and swimming pool, all in 5 min walking distance. Good public transportation in the area, by electric scooters, bus or a 20 min. walk to the city center (or 10.min by a scooter) The apartment is on the 3rd floor and contains one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a tub, kitchen with the essentials, a living room/dining area and a south facing balcony.

Quiet, cosy & central located home

Our comfortable two room apartment with fully equipped kitchen is well located, 2 km to downtown. Free Parking. Public transport around the corner. There is a grocery store, bakery and ice cream shop close by. There is a very good warm swimming pool 5 min. walk away, open 7am-10 pm There is about 2-3 km to center. We live close to the coast where you can see beautiful sunset and might see the northern lights.
