There is a fireplace in the apartment and a sliding door that opens into a beautiful garden. It is located just by the Laugardalur Park the family- and sports park in Reykjavik. Around the corner is a nice bakery, a very convenient grocery store, a noodle restaurant, an ice cream store, a beauty saloon and a hairdresser. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the swimming pool www.sundlaug.is and just outside the apartment stops a bus no14 that drives down town to Reykjavik's city-center and to the main mall Kringlan the trip takes less than 15 minutes.
