Beautiful nature all around the neighbourhood, golf, hiking, swimming pool and tours close by. 10 minutes away from downtown Reykjavík and 45 minutes away from the airport.

Nature is all around you and in front of the apartment we have the largest disc golf course in Iceland, along with Mini Golf and beautful natural lake nearby. You will love my place because of the close proximity to open spaces and trails, quick way in the city and easy access to the main roads while being in the quiet and cozy neighborhood. The studio apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor). It's a 22 m2 cosy attic space but has low ceiling height (max 2,05 m). The bathroom is newly renovated with a big bathtub. It's comfortable for 1-2 persons, but max 3 persons. The apartment is located few steps away from the main shopping street that has a lot of stores, restaurants and supermarkets. Sundhöllin (swimming pool), Hlemmur (main public transport station and food court) is within 5 minutes walking distance.

This apartment has a private entrance is 60 m2 , it has a 2 x 90 cm single beds that can be put together to make a king size bed. The living room has a big sofabed that is 140x200 cm and there is a 40 inch smart tv . Kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower. The location is amazing , close to city's main attractions ,main bus station, tour pick ups .
