I live in the property directly above the apartment, so I may bump into you at some stage. Urban Oasis so close to Downtown yet so peaceful!

This elegant apartment is light and airy with cross flow ventilation as well as reverse-cycle heating and air-conditioning. It is remarkably peaceful for a location just ten minutes walk to the city! It offers comfort and privacy in a stylish setting with an east-facing private courtyard for morning sun and a west-facing balcony overlooking the street for relaxing in the afternoon. We are on a quiet street, and the bedroom is at the back of the block so there is no street noise at all.
