One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Die 34 qm große Wohnung besteht aus einem Eingangsbereich, einem Wohnbereich /Essbereich mit einer Schlafcouch, einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Bidet. Die Wohnung verfügt zusätzlich über eine Terrasse, einen Garten und eine geschlossene Tiefgarage.

The newly renovated apartment, flooded with sunlight, is located on the second and last floor of the house in a quiet side street to Untertorplatz, the entrance to the historic town centre of Sterzing/Vipiteno. Despite its central location, you will enjoy the view of the side valleys and the local mountain Rosskopf. the apartment is a perfect starting point for hikes, tours, skiing fun, as well as for exploring Sterzing's culture, Christmas market, culinary hot spots and boutiques.

The apartment is in the area adjacent to the center and is close to the “Montecavallo” ski resort. In summer there are jogging paths, playground, gym, swimming pool/sauna, tennis court, soccer field, hockey stadium, skatepark Walking distances: 2 min. The cosy "Ferienwohnung Innerwalten 100" is located in Walten (Valtina), a small and very idyllic mountain village at 1.300 m, which belongs to the village St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria). The generous holiday flat offers place for 8 persons. The charming apartment has a large living-sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds for 2 persons each. There is also 1 separate double bed room and a small cooking area with 2 stoves and a fridge.

Blasig Suite Blasighof

The cosy holiday apartment "BlasigSuite Blasighof" is located in Racines/Ratschings and impresses guests with its view of the mountain. The 136 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a washing machine. There are two additional beds that can be positioned as desired by the guests in one of the rooms.

Franzi's Rosa Residence

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.
