A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. Die schöne gemütliche Studio-Wohnung befindet sich in nur 5 Gehminuten von der Altstadt Sterzing und von der Bahnstation entfernt. In unserem Apartment können bis 2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind übernachten. Die 34 qm große Wohnung besteht aus einem Eingangsbereich, einem Wohnbereich /Essbereich mit einer Schlafcouch, einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Bidet. Die Wohnung verfügt zusätzlich über eine Terrasse, einen Garten und eine geschlossene Tiefgarage.

The newly renovated apartment, flooded with sunlight, is located on the second and last floor of the house in a quiet side street to Untertorplatz, the entrance to the historic town centre of Sterzing/Vipiteno. Despite its central location, you will enjoy the view of the side valleys and the local mountain Rosskopf. the apartment is a perfect starting point for hikes, tours, skiing fun, as well as for exploring Sterzing's culture, Christmas market, culinary hot spots and boutiques.

The farm "Woldererhof" is in the hands of the Gasteiger family since 1912 and welcomes its guests at the edge of the forest of the recreational area Mareiter Bach. The surrounding area invites you to take relaxing walks in the beautiful South Tyrolean mountain landscape. The modern apartment "Lichtung Woldererhof Auszeit" awaits its guests in the three-valley community of Ratschings, where hospitality and tradition are lived. The region is worth a visit at any time of year.

Detached chalet in the middle of the fascinating South Tyrolean mountains at 2100 m above sea level near the Jaufen Pass (Passo Giovo). Wide view over the entire Passeiertal on untouched herb meadows in relaxing tranquility. In winter, guests have direct access to the Ratschings-Jaufen ski resort. Skis can be put on in front of the cabin and the fun on the slopes can start immediately! Alternatively, extended winter hiking or ski tours can be undertaken in the deep snow.

Haus Waldner - Peace and nature, living with comfort

Our house is located in the rear valley area, off the main road, in a very quiet location. Large garden and terrace with garden furniture. Satellite TV in the living room, TV with DVD player in the bedroom. Microwave and dishwasher available. Daily bread service is offered. Hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, bus stop (bus free with guest card!!!) close by! Large storage room for bicycles, skis,...... waste separation. We like to speak German, English and Spanish.

A Finnish sauna, relaxation rooms and a sunbathing lawn are also available for shared use.
