Die nahe Havel bietet neben coolen Strandbars auch Bademöglichkeiten und einen wunderschönen Wasserwanderweg. Einmal ums Eck seid ihr in Sanssouci und genießt den weitläufigen Park mit seinen Schlössern, Fontänen und historischen Gebäuden. Die Uni Potsdam ist ebenfalls nahe gelegen.

Mit dem Auto nur 25 Minuten bis in die Berliner City. Keine Veranstaltungen/JGA.

Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. For 2 guests the price increases by 17.50 € / night.

The apartment offers plenty of space to chill and is perfect for athletes – with a swing and a private gym.

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Treat yourself to a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas-warm water shower, dry separation toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate due to the insulation with hemp and clay. It is comfortably furnished and has a modern kitchen, a new bathroom and a private parking space right in front of the door. Perfect for a relaxing stay!

Diese frisch renovierte 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon liegt mitten in Potsdam-Babelsberg. Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Vom Apartment aus erreicht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Innenstadt von Potsdam in etwa 10 Minuten. Auch der S-Bahnhof Babelsberg ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort aus besteht mit der S7 eine direkte Verbindung nach Berlin.
