Quiet and cozy apartment with fireplace & terrace

Peaceful and yet central location. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin bacon belt, Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. The 622 bus runs directly outside the front door to Berlin (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400m away. We will be renting out our apartment from September 2021 and would like to welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quiet location. You can also use the garden and the terrace. Looking forward to seeing you.

Adorable basement apartment with terrace

Enjoy quiet days in our apartment in the middle of the green, beautiful Babelsberg. Very centrally located, bus stop right on the corner, S-Bahn in 7 minutes' walk, in 30 S-Bahn minutes in the middle of Berlin, or by tram directly to the center of Potsdam. The Babelsberg Castle Park is within walking distance, the interesting villa districts just around the corner. Everything you need is within walking distance: organic bakers, Italian, ice cream parlor, supermarket, nice beer garden.

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming but no designer tiny house, no standard furniture from Ikea. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key issue. We are on the wall path. Also pets are welcome.

The bungalow is situated on private ground with marina. There are terraces to linger on the water. Via the jetty you can access a swimming platform for swimming and lingering. It has a kitchenette, shower room, heating and air conditioning in modern furnishings. The living space is heated very well. The bathroom has infrared heating. Within walking distance, you can reach the stops of the ÖVP to Potsdam and Berlin. No partying or partying!
