Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Hausboot Dreams

Genieße die schöne Umgebung dieses romantischen Fleckchens in der Natur Das geräumige Hausboot hat eine Wohnfläche von 50 qm und eine Dachterrasse von 35 qm und ist mit maximal 6 Personen zu benutzen es befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer und eine schlafsofa. Desweiteren Fußbodenheizung, Warmwasser ,Terme voll ausgestatte Küche, einen Gasgrill und Terrassenmöbel. Das Boot ist mit 2 Yamaha Motoren von je 25 PS ausgestattet welches einen Sportboot Führerschein erfordert für Binnengewässer.

LUNA is an exclusive, floating apartment in the loft style. On the "LUNA" there is a salon with a pantry kitchen, a double cabinet bed, a shower and a separate toilet. The "LUNA" blurs with its environment through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Air conditioning and exterior curtains protect you from the heat and ensure pleasant temperatures. Underfloor heating provides cosy warmth even on cold days. The houseboat is firmly located in our harbour and is only 7 km from Alex.

Our "JULIA" is an exclusive, floating two-room apartment on the water with all that goes with it. The fireplace as a highlight and the underfloor heating provide cozy warmth even on cold days. The “JULIA” can be booked for up to 2 people + 2 extra beds in the salon. The houseboat is firmly located in the home port of the Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg and is only 7 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. You don't need a boat license that the houseboat cannot be moved.

Our houseboat can be booked with SBF indoors from 6 nights (in low season from 4 nights). The boat briefing costs €50 for houseboat beginners. Alternatively, a charter certificate for €110 (& includes the €50 boat briefing) can be made on site in 3 hours. The cleaning fee of €110 is to be paid onsite.

The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over Lake Templin make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and our own sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
