Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Detached tiny house on steel supports in the middle of the horse pond directly in front of the listed Hexenburg castle. Three-sided terrace with barbecue, surrounded by paddocks and the Hexenburg riding facility in the immediate vicinity. The house offers all the necessary amenities such as a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and of course its own bathroom with shower and toilet.

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Seagull1 is a floating cottage on a concrete floating body. It combines the charm of a houseboat with the latest technical requirements and intricacies in modern design. With its exclusive facilities, it meets the higher demands of a spacious holiday home and offers plenty of space for an extraordinary maritime family holiday up to 6 people on 2 floors. Living/sleeping rooms between the ground floor and upper floor are separated only by an open staircase (without door).

Our "JULIA" is an exclusive, floating two-room apartment on the water with all that goes with it. The fireplace as a highlight and the underfloor heating provide cozy warmth even on cold days. The “JULIA” can be booked for up to 2 people + 2 extra beds in the salon. The houseboat is firmly located in the home port of the Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg and is only 7 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. You don't need a boat license that the houseboat cannot be moved.

Horizen ist Synonym für den erweiterten Horizon durch ZEN. Genau der richtige Ort, um die Zeit zu vergessen, zu genießen und einfach mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

Attention: Boat is located between mid-November and the end of February in the harbor in the first row with Moselle view (see pictures).

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over Lake Templin make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and our own sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.

Mit 3 Schlafzimmern, Klimaanlage in den Hauptschlafräumen sowie Bug- und Dachterrasse bietet es gute Voraussetzungen für längere Aufenthalte. Die Lage am Lankenauer Höft verbindet Wohnen am Wasser mit Gastronomie, Veranstaltungen und einer guten Anbindung an Bremen.
