The basement features an inviting fireplace room, which can be used as a common room, seminar room, or for small celebrations. Here you'll also find a small sauna, a second kitchen, restrooms, a terrace, and an additional bedroom (sleeping 2 people). This unit can be booked directly upon request – ideal for groups of 7 or more. Special rates apply for Airbnb guests, and additional charges apply. Saunas with a lake view are also available. And by car you can reach the Messe Berlin-area in 15 minutes. The center of Kleinmachnow with good shopping opportunities (large Edeka-supermarket, ALDI, drugstore, pharmacy, bakery, tailor shop, bookstore, stationery store, etc.) is within walking distance (approx. 500 m). For 2 guests the price is a little bit higher.

Extensive remodelling in 2020 and furnishing in a classical style in keeping with the period in which the house was built (around 1900). The high ceilings create an elegant and relaxed atmosphere.
