The approximately 150 square meters large and thus very light-filled loft apartment with a gallery is situated in a detached house in a quiet yet central city location near Hönigschmidplatz. The decor is tasteful, modern and high quality (Rolf Benz leather sofa set, modern solid wood cabinets), new high quality fitted kitchen, large bathroom with tub, separate toilet, parquet and stone floors. Washing machine available, dryer for sharing is found in the cellar. Due to the large kitchen and generous living room, it is very suitable for groups for up to 6 people. The apartment is centrally located in the district of Munich Grosshadern / Laim. A very good residential area with a short distance to all amenities of daily use (50 m supermarket, bakery, breakfast cafe, butcher 150 m, 120 m drugstore, pharmacy 130 m). The location is very quiet and green (urban tree nursery with children's playground) yet conveniently situated in terms of traffic position as the flat is located in the inner-area of the Munich Transport Association. From there one quickly comes to the city center (18 minutes by public transport, 14 minutes by car). The very bright, quiet loft is on the 2nd floor of a family home (of course with a separate entrance). Next to the bedroom for 2 people, there are four comfortable beds. The small eagle's nest, cozy apartment

Very nice bright and well-maintained apartment on the 7th floor of a residential building. The apartment is newly renovated and has a private bathroom, private kitchen and balcony in a quiet location in Planegg (near Munich). The apartment is accessible via an elevator and is therefore accessible without steps. A bus stop is right outside the front door (Kettelerstraße), as well as an S-Bahn stop within about 20 minutes' walking distance.

In the countryside and yet close to the city. Our light-flooded, new apartment is located in an absolutely quiet residential area in the Solln district and is well connected to public transport, which takes you to the center. Within walking distance are not only all the delicious restaurants and supermarkets, but also the beautiful Isar river and the Forstenrieder Forest. Just the right place for a perfect city trip.

Spacious Scandi Design Apartment with huge Garden

Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Im Flur gibt es eine Galerie von der Münchner Olympiade 1972. In der Wohnküche könnt ihr nicht nur kochen, sondern auch gemütlich zusammensitzen. Das Wohnzimmer ist das Herzstück der Wohnung - mit herrlichen Blick in den großen Garten. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Arbeitsplatz. Neben dem Wannenbad gibt es noch ein separates WC.

Welcome to my cozy and quiet 1.5 room apartment . The sunny balcony invites you to relax. From the apartment there is a good connection to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. (S-Bahn) and in about 15 minutes to Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest) by tram 19. Parking is free in front of the door. Within walking distance is a shopping mall, Westpark, for a walk, Bakeries, supermarkets, drugstores and small restaurants.

Beautiful attic apartment on the 2nd floor of a charming house from 1930 (renovated). The accommodation is fully equipped with a large bed (160*200cm) in the private bedroom, kitchen, private bathroom, toilet and of course WiFi. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Perfect for couples or families with a maximum of 2 children. Not ideal for more than 2 adults.
