From the spacious entrance area you can reach the bathroom as well as the kitchenette with fridge, 2-burner stove and microwave. Afterwards, you will pass through the dressing area with chest of drawers and wardrobe, into the large cozy living, dining and sleeping area. The stable dining table is also well suited as a workspace.

From the apartment there is a good connection to Marienplatz in 15 minutes (S-Bahn) and in approx. 15 minutes to Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest) by tram 19. Parking is free outside the door. Within walking distance is a shopping mall, the Westpark, for a walk, bakeries, supermarkets, drugstores and small restaurants.
