One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The highlight of this apartment is the large south-facing terrace with a view of the mountains and sun from early morning to late afternoon. The apartment is super quiet away from any traffic or other noise. The Partschinser waterfall is only a few (albeit steep) minutes' walk from the apartment. There are shops very close to the village centre. Except for the garage (note dimensions) there is no parking space.
