The apartment is super quiet away from any traffic or other noise. The Partschinser waterfall is just a few (albeit steep) minutes' walk from the apartment. Shopping is very close to the village center. There is no parking space other than the garage (note dimensions).

The chez mone & harry loft is nestled amidst orchards and vineyards at the edge of the historic village centre of Algund, near Merano, 5 min by car. You enter the third floor through a modern dependance, where product designer Harry Thaler and curator Simone Mair live with their three children. Harry took great pleasure in transforming a 50m2 attic into a warm, minimalistic dream loft in sustainable materials.
