Great, easygoing and safe neighborhood, with lot's of cafe's and places to eat within walking distance. **PLEASE NOTE currently there are construction works going on the roof of the building. From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

Lovely little studio (35 m2) in the BEST city location, on foot to Alexanderplatz. Ideal for a SHORT stay of 2 persons. Good for business travelers! The apartment is located on the first floor of our shared house. 8 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn. It has been recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a large dining table as well as a sofa and a TV. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm; 2 mattresses) and an antique wardrobe. From the bedroom you can directly enter the bathroom with shower and toilet.
