Dear guests, My property is located in a detached house in the quiet Falkensee. The adjacent Falkenhagener See invites you to swim in summer and ice skate in winter. In the nearby forest you can relax or cycle into the beautiful surroundings. In front of the front door, bus 652 runs in a few minutes to Falkensee train station. With the regional train you are within 15 minutes drive to the city of Berlin. Or, as a driver, you can use the Park & Ride at the train station.

The cycle path network is well developed and a restaurant is within walking distance in about 250 m.

Perwenitz Künstlerhof

Near Berlin, at the northern end of Perwenitz, surrounded by fields, is the residence of the former mill. The two-storey mill building was built around 1890 and used for the production of flour and animal feed until 1994.
