This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Offenburg with many shopping facilities is only a 5 minute drive away and can also be reached well by public transport. Nearby is the winegrowers' cooperative Durbach as well as the heated outdoor pool with miniature golf course. Also the physical well-being is not neglected in Durbach with its numerous restaurants.

Forest, meadows, fields and vineyards, for you to explore and enjoy, are within 500 meters of the house. Numerous hiking trails, nice little paths for a short walk, mountain bike trails and Nordic walking trails all start in our neighborhood. Shopping, supermarkets and a bus stop are just minutes away by foot.
