Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Offenburg with many shopping facilities is only a 5 minute drive away and can also be reached well by public transport. A warm welcome to Gengenbach in Kinzigtal, “The romantic pearl” of the Black Forest. Our house is located in a residential area at the edge of town. Forest, meadows, fields and vineyards, for you to explore and enjoy, are within 500 meters of the house. Numerous hiking trails, nice little paths for a short walk, mountain bike trails and Nordic walking trails all start in our neighborhood. Shopping, supermarkets and a bus stop are just minutes away by foot.

Our apartment "Mühlenlounge" deserves its name. We live in an old oil mill, a short walk from the attractive city center of Haslach, where the preserved half-timbered framework is impressive. The Mühlenlounge has a loft character and many originals from the time of the oil mill have been preserved. Nevertheless, the state of the art in this apartment is modern, such as TV, kitchen equipment, coffee maker, Wi-Fi, etc.
