New summer house in absolutely 1st row and own beach at the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50m2 with 10m2 annex. In the house there is an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to the lovely large loft. The house is air conditioned and has a wood-burning stove. The annex contains a room with a double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcoves.

You can always find a cozy nook to stay in if you want sea views, sun in the morning on the east terrace, sun in the evening on the large west facing terrace. There is a trampoline and the possibility of garden games. Wireless internet and Chromecast if you want to watch TV. Take a swim from one of the bridges by the beach which is about 100 meters from the house. Nyborg is 15 min away where you can shop and more. Svendborg is about 25 minutes by car.
