Cozy cottage, beautiful view, close to Faaborg

Small cozy cottage 60 m2, about 200 m from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. There is a lovely view from the living room and terrace over the meadow and a glimpse of the water. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

The home is on South Funen, and can be used year-round From May-September, you can book 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 people as the 2 beds are in the unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 meters to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing, including trout and mackerel. the price is excl. linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 75, - (10€) extra / person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Annex with two beds is for summer use only)

Ideal place for couples or singles who are on a journey, who are studying in Odense or working as a fitter, teacher, researcher or something else at the university SDU, Odense hospitals OUH or the new Facebook buildings. It only takes about 20 minutes to drive to Odense by car. Trains and buses go directly from Langeskov, only about 10 minutes from the home. Price reduction for rentals longer than 1 week.

Modern beach house built in 2021 only 25 meters from the waterfront with wonderful panoramic views of Kattegat. Complete kitchen and modern furnishings. Free parking in front of the house. Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from the scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Parking right at the door as well as supermarket, bakery and tank station. There is a private terrace with garden furniture - both covered and for sun, barbecue and fire pit. Everything is newly renovated. Note: Linen packages DKK 50,/per person (consisting of bed linen, 4 towels, bath mat, tea towels, etc.) mandatory. Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat.
