On the ground floor of the house there is a bar, where it is sometimes a little "wilder" during special events and weekends and you can hear the music in the living room. The sofa is then not suitable as a sleeping arrangement!

In addition, the property is close to the historic towns of Altdorf, Lauf and Röthenbach, which invite you to explore. Many hiking trails, such as the famous "Fränkische Dünenweg" or the Moritzberg, start right outside the front door. For children, there is a small petting zoo with 2 Cameroon sheep.
