At this special place, the location, the sunny and bright apartment with the balcony overlooking Pegnitz, is very appealing. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The attractive living room with the cozy large leather furniture, table & velvet chairs invite you to linger. Despite the city center, the view from every window is a "green" pleasure. The square in front of the bedroom is covered with large plane trees and is visited by many birds. Squirrels often come to visit the balcony.

Fantastic old town apartment directly below the castle

Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft in bester Altstadtlage (St.Sebald), inkl. zur Burg ausgerichtetem Balkon, sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe! Die traumhafte Wohnung befindet sich in einem historischen, umfassend renovierten Fachwerkhaus aus dem 14. Jahrhundert. Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses befindet sich eine Bar, bei der es zu besonderen Events und Wochenenden machmal etwas „wilder“ ist und man die Musik im Wohnzimmer hört. Das Sofa ist dann nicht als Schlafgelegenheit geeignet!

Pure nature enjoyment at the edge of the forest! A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sporting activities. The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

Super centrally located apartment with balcony on the 4th floor. Stylishly furnished, bright and cozy. The apartment is ideal for 1-2 people. The location is very central and yet in a quiet courtyard. It's a 2-minute walk to the “Rathenauplatz” U-Bahn [subway] station. Just two stops to the main train station. Several supermarkets, restaurants/cafés, doctors and shopping in the immediate vicinity. Secure parking is easy to find. The main market is a 7-minute walk away Shower in the bathroom
