An open and inspiring living concept awaits you on 85 square meters, which invites you to relax and pamper yourself. The residential area is quiet yet central: 5 minutes' walk to the main train station and airport or fairground subway station directly, 15 minutes' walk to downtown, Handwerkerhof, Neues Museum and many localities. Whether traveling for business or as a world traveler, we are sure you will feel comfortable in our home.

We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

Our quiet and stylish loft is perfect for relaxing as well as working. It is located in an annex with an unobstructed view of the spacious garden to the south. The spacious terrace is covered and equipped with a dining table and a lounge corner. The WHG is not rented for parties or the like. The loft is the ideal starting point for excursions or business trips in northern Bavaria. It offers the best comfort with fast Internet and a pellet stove.
