There is a new king size Koala bed upstairs, Koala sofa beds downstairs and new fixtures throughout. It is located at the end of a cul de sac and the property blends into a beautiful waterside park. Perfect for water sports or relaxing. Surf beaches and shops are only minutes away. Our booking policy requires existing 5 star reviews.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.
