There is a new king size Koala bed upstairs, Koala sofa beds downstairs and new fixtures throughout. It is located at the end of a cul de sac and the property blends into a beautiful waterside park. Nestled amongst private extensive GARDENS this one bedroom unit has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge-dining and undercover BBQ area. Managed by SUPERHOSTS, the unit has VIEWS of and access to the WATERFRONT. This elegantly appointed BnB has a private bathroom, air-conditioning and Foxtel TV with sports, entertainment & movie channels. Community POOL and CAFES a short walk away. 2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.
